Question: Do you know how many blood cells are in a single persons body (Aged 10-12) or any age

  1. Oh I don’t know the answer to this… I know there is about 5.5 litres of blood in a male person and about 3.5 litres of blood in a female (of healthy weight and size)….

    Oh I found on google there are 4,900,000,000 – 5,500,000,000 blood cells per ml… so the answer is HUGE…. 26,950,000,000,000 to 3,025,000,000,000 in an adult male….

  2. Yep, Google is great for this kind of question! You can generally bet that someone else in the world has thought of the same question as you can found the answer somewhere and then put it on the internet. I personally wouldn’t have a clue off the top of my head. Great question jhohn14!

    I wonder if an adult person has more, less or the same amount of blood cells as a child of age 10-12? (on average of course)
